Booking & Registration
How do I book a place for my child?
Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our team directly.
Can I book individual days?
Yes. You can book single days or multiple days, subject to availability.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, changes and cancellations are possible in line with our booking terms.
Camp Days & Activities
What types of clubs do you run?
We offer specialist holiday clubs including Creative Club, Sports Club, Performing Arts Club and Survival Skills Club.
Are activities the same every day?
Each day has a clear focus, with activities planned to suit the theme.
Is there a daily timetable?
Yes. A timetable is available for each club day.
Are activities indoors or outdoors?
We offer a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, whatever the weather.
Do children stay with the same group all day?
Yes. Children remain with their group and for a full structured day.
Safety & Supervision
Are your staff DBS checked?
Yes. All Educamps leaders are fully DBS checked.
What is your staff-to-child ratio?
We maintain high staff ratios (1:8) to ensure safe supervision.
Are staff trained in safeguarding?
All staff receive safeguarding and child wellbeing training.
What happens if my child feels upset or unwell?
Our team provides reassurance, support and will contact parents if needed.
Is Educamps Ofsted registered?
Yes, our club locations are registered.
SEND & Inclusivity
Do you welcome children with SEND?
Yes. We aim to support children with additional needs wherever possible.
Can activities be adapted?
Yes. Our leaders adapt activities to suit different abilities.
Should I share extra information before booking?
Yes. Sharing details helps us provide the best support.

Food & Dietary Requirements
Do you provide meals?
Children bring their own packed lunch.
Are snacks included?
Yes, snacks are provided throughout the day.
Can you manage food allergies?
Yes, with prior notice. Please tell us during booking.
Do children need a water bottle?
Yes, we encourage children to bring a refillable bottle.
Locations & Timings
Where are the clubs held?
Our clubs run at selected locations across Dorset and Hampshire, including Sopley Primary School.
What time do the clubs run?
Standard hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Do you offer wraparound care?
Yes, currently we are offering wraparound care to Sopley and Burley Primary School.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at our sites.
Can someone else collect my child?
Yes, with prior permission and ID.
Pricing & Payments
Are activities included in the price?
Yes. All standard activities are included.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All costs are clearly listed when booking.

We offer staff discount and special discounts to email subscribers
